Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Ladysmith Chemainus Swim Club
You're invited to attend the Ladysmith Chemainus Swim Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)—an important event where all members have the opportunity to learn more about the club’s direction, achievements, and goals for the upcoming season.
The AGM is a time to review the past year, hear updates from the board and coaching staff, and participate in open discussions about the future of the club. We'll also hold elections for board positions, and we encourage all families to get involved—your voice and input help shape the success of our swim community.
Whether you’re a new family or a long-time member, your attendance is valued and appreciated. Together, we can continue building a strong, supportive, and inclusive club for all swimmers.
This meeting is a requirement for each family to attend, as it plays a vital role in shaping the direction of the season, discussing key decisions, and filling board positions. A representative (parent, grandparent, friend, etc) from each family must be present to ensure all voices are heard and roles are fulfilled.
Failure to attend the AGM will result in a $75 fee being charged to the family’s account. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the success of our club.
