WINTER BREAK - No Swimming

Everyone needs a break some times.  There will be no swimming from Dec 20-31, 2021.  Coach Brandon recommends spending time outside enjoying nature and the beautiful light. If your swimmer is looking for something extra here is a list of exercises that are beneficial for swimmers.
