Are you new to speed swimming and want to try out a practice or two to see if it's a good fit for your swimmer? Check out the LCSC Try-it week from Sept 5-8, 2023.
Bring your bathing suit, towel, and goggle and LCSC Coaches will take you through the basics of a practice. You can ask questions, show them what you can do, and tell them what your goals are.
All Practices are typically between 4:00-5:30pm Monday-Friday at Frank Jameson Community Center
