AGM Fee $75.00 per family

Swim Club membership requires attendance at the Annual General Meeting which will be held in October/November 2024. Attendance at the AGM impacts the possible funds available through the Gaming Grant. If you are unable to attend the AGM, and cannot arrange for a representative to be there, you will be charged $75.00.

Volunteer Committment Fee $300 per family

Each Family will be charged $300 for their volunteer commitment and expected to complete at least 5 credits of volunteering for the club.  These credits can be completed by any member of your family. Often only one member can sign up for a shift (eg. both parents and swimmer attend bottle drive account only credited for one.  However, if there are shifts or specific tasks the family could get credit for both shifts if they sign up such as volunteering to be a time keeper and stroke and turn judge at a swim meet).

Annual Swim Challenge Fundraiser $100.00 per swimmer (Included in payments above)

Swimmers will collect pledges for a set dollar amount or a fee per length. During the event, swimmers will swim for 2 hours and record the number of lengths completed. Funds raised are returned to the club minus the $100 that is required to meet the commitment.

Annual Lottery Fundraiser $100.00 per swimmer (Included in payments above)

Families receive raffle tickets to sell. If they sell more than $100/swimmer worth of tickets they submit the additional monies to the swim club. This raffle may be modified depending on the boards planning but the family commitment remains the same.
